Publication dates of Fondia's financial reports 2026
Fondia Plc will publish its financial statements, half-yearly financial report and Q1 and Q3 business reviews in 2026 as follows:
Financial Statements Release 2025 on Wednesday 11 February 2026
Business Review January–March 2026 on Thursday 23 April 2026
Half-yearly Financial Report January–June 2026 on Thursday 20 August 2026
Business Review July–September 2026 on Thursday 22 October 2026
The Financial Statements and Annual Report 2025 will be published in 2026 on week 9.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday 19 March 2026 and will be convened at a later date by the Board of Directors of Fondia Plc.
A shareholder who wishes to have a matter belonging to the General Meeting's agenda addressed at the General Meeting must submit a written request to the company's Board by 31 January 2026 at the latest. The request, including justifications or proposals for decisions, should be sent to the following address: Fondia Plc, Board of Directors, PO Box 4, 00101 Helsinki.

Fondia Plc's executives and persons involved in the preparation, drafting and publication of the company's financial reports may not trade in Fondia Plc's financial instruments for their own account or for the account of third parties, directly or indirectly, during the period beginning 30 days before the publication of each financial statement release and half-yearly report and ending on the day following the publication of such information.

before the 2025 financial statements: 12.1.2026–11.2.2026, window opens on 12.2.2026
before the January–March Business Review: 24.3.2026–23.4.2026, window opens on 24.4.2026
before the half-yearly financial report January–June: 21.7.2026–20.8.2026, window opens on 21.8.2026
before the July–September Business Review: 22.9.2026–22.10.2026, window opens on 23.10.2026.
Silent period
Fondia Plc observes a 30-day silent period before regularly published financial reports. During this period, the company will not comment on the company's financial condition, business, markets or prospects.
