Publication dates of the Fondia's financial reports 2025
Fondia Plc will publish its financial statements, half-yearly financial report and Q1 and Q3 business reviews in 2025 as follows:
Financial Statements Release 2024 on Thursday, February 13, 2025
Business Review January–March 2025 on Thursday, April 24, 2025
Half-yearly Financial Report January–June 2025 on Thursday, August 21, 2025
Business Review July–September 2025 on Thursday, October 23, 2025
The Financial Statements and Annual Report 2024 will be published in 2025 on week 9.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 and will be convened at a later date by the Board of Directors of Fondia Plc.
Shareholders wishing to have a matter to be considered at the General Meeting must submit a written request to the Board of Directors no later than January 31, 2025. The request, together with the reasons for the request or the proposed resolution, should be sent to Fondia Plc, Board of Directors, P.O. Box 4, 00101 Helsinki, Finland.

Fondia Plc's executives and persons involved in the preparation, drafting and publication of the company's financial reports may not trade in Fondia Plc's financial instruments for their own account or for the account of third parties, directly or indirectly, during the period beginning 30 days before the publication of each financial statement release and half-yearly report and ending on the day following the publication of such information.

before the 2024 financial statements: 14.1.2025 - 13.2.2025, window opens on 14.2.2025
before the January-March Business Review: 25.3.2025 - 24.4.2025, window opens on 25.4.2025
before the half-yearly financial report January-June: 22.7.2025 - 21.8.2025, window opens on 22.8.2025
before the July-September Business Review: 23.9.2025 - 23.10.2025, window opens on 24.10.2025.
Silent period
Fondia Plc observes a 30-day silent period before regularly published financial reports. During this period, the company will not comment on the company's financial condition, business, markets or prospects.
