She is set to take on her position by March 2, 2026, at the latest. In the meantime, Timo Lappi, the Group CEO, will act as interim Managing Director of the Swedish subsidiary. “I am truly excited that we are getting Victoria to lead Fondia’s Swedish subsidiary. Her strong leadership skills and diverse experience in business development bring us exactly the expertise and energy we need to achieve our next growth phase in Sweden. “It is a great pleasure and honour to join the Fondia team and to lead the Swedish operations. Fondia’s values, culture and ambitious growth targets resonate strongly with my own values and experiences. I look forward to working with the skilled team and to building Fondia’s next success story in Sweden together,” says Victoria Swedjemark, incoming Managing Director of Fondia Legal Services AB.
I also want to thank Emma Ridderstad for all the new kinds of commercial creativity she has brought with her to Fondia since joining us in 2024.
