Fondia strengthens its Lithuanian organisation and appoints Attorney-at-Law Lukas Vitauskas as Country Manager

Fondia is pleased to announce the appointment of Attorney-at-Law Lukas Vitauskas as Country Manager of its Lithuanian subsidiary, Fondia Lietuva UAB, effective 23 February 2026. The appointment supports Fondia’s growth objectives in the Baltic markets and strengthens the company’s capability to serve both local and international customers.
Lukas Vitauskas joins Fondia with a strong background in litigation, dispute resolution, M&A, commercial law, and corporate law. With more than a decade of professional legal experience, he brings extensive expertise in advising both local and international clients on strategic legal issues. Prior to joining Fondia, Lukas was an Associate Partner at Response Legal, where he was responsible for building and leading his own team of legal experts.
Based in Vilnius, Lukas will play a key role in strengthening Fondia’s existing local team and operations in the Lithuanian market. His appointment further enhances the company’s ability to provide comprehensive services to customers, particularly in M&A and dispute resolution.
